Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative processing of customer orders in SAP SD, including both online orders
(Webshop) and offline field orders; - Create and send purchase orders to suppliers and ensure proper follow-up;
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams involved in the operational order management process;
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customer orders;
- Handle customer requests via email and phone, providing support and appropriate solutions;
- Monitor order status (deliveries, invoicing, discrepancies) and ensure follow-up until completion;
- Maintain accurate records and manage order-related documentation;
- Identify unexpected situations and ensure proper escalation according to internal procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in order management, back-office, or administrative roles;
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage);
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to understand and apply internal procedures;
- Good prioritization and deadline management skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders;
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools;
- Proficiency in working with ERP systems and digital tools;
- Customer-oriented mindset and solution-driven approach;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to communicate clearly and ensure proper follow-up;
- Experience with multichannel communication (email, phone, ticketing systems);
- Ability to identify issues and trigger escalation when necessary;
- French – professional proficiency (mandatory);
- English or German – professional proficiency.
