Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP implementation, rollout, and transformation projects, including migration from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions and system configurations across SAP SD, MM, and TM
• Configure, optimize, and enhance Order-to-Cash, Procurement, Logistics, and Transportation Management processes
• Support transportation planning, execution, monitoring, and logistics execution processes within SAP TM
• Provide expert consulting for sales order management, pricing, availability check, delivery, billing, procurement, and transportation processes
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd level support for business-critical SAP applications
• Manage change requests and maintain technical documentation in accordance with company standards
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, supply chain, logistics, procurement, finance, IT teams, developers, and external partners
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to agile project delivery
• Take on multiple roles such as SAP Consultant, Project Manager, Service Manager, or Project Team Member, depending on project requirements
• Drive continuous process improvements and promote SAP best practices and innovations across the organization

Professional Competence:

• Professional experience as an SAP SD/MM/TM Consultant, preferably in international manufacturing or logistics environments
• Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, configuration, and customizing
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procurement-to-Pay (P2P), Inbound & Outbound Logistics, Transportation Execution, and Supply Chain Management processes
• Experience with sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery management, procurement, and transportation planning
• Knowledge of integration between SAP SD, MM, TM, and FI/CO modules
• Experience performing business process analysis, requirements engineering, error analysis, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience providing 2nd Level Support for SAP applications
• Experience creating technical documentation and managing change requests
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, EDI/IDOC integration, Web Services, APIs, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrations is considered an advantage
• Experience with SAP GTT, SAP GTS, SAP LE-TRA, BOPF Framework, Object-Oriented Programming, SAP Variant Configuration (AVC), and Set Processing is considered a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and international environments
• Team-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• SAP SD, SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL certifications are considered an advantage
• Fluent English (minimum B2, preferably C1) is required; German language skills are considered an advantage.
