Responsibilities:
- Ensure the stable operation of our Shopware B2B eCommerce platform and related third-party systems (e.g., OCI punchout and other B2B features)
- Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests across the entire system landscape
- Coordinate external service providers and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and international teams
- Monitor key backend processes and data flows (e.g., orders, product master data, interfaces)
- Create and maintain documentation and runbooks to support sustainable issue resolution and self-service
- Use AI tools and automation to improve support efficiency
- Identify recurring issues and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of platforms and processes
Your Profile:
- Degree or vocational training in IT, eCommerce, or a related field
- Experience in IT support, application management, or eCommerce environments, ideally with Shopware
- Basic understanding of system landscapes and data flows
- Experience with ticketing systems and agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, Kanban, Scrum)
- Good German and English skills (minimum B1 level)
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Hands-on mentality with a focus on sustainable problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
