Key Responsibilities and tasks:
- Gathering, documentation, validation, and management of functional and non-functional requirements for the development of digital solutions using common tools like Jira, Confluence and Miro as well as UX techniques
- Translation and further development of functional requirements into user-centred low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, mock-ups and interactive prototypes based on our Jungheinrich Design System and the Fiori Web Design Guidelines
- Conception, facilitation, and follow-up of ux and requirements workshops
- Design and visualization of user flows and user journeys
- Clustering, slicing, and writing requirements into epics, user stories and tasks
- Design of components to expand our design system
- Conduction of user and usability tests
Requirements for success:
- Experience in UX research and common requirements gathering techniques, such as qualitative interviews, quantitative surveys, user tests, market observation of trends, innovations, and new technologies
- Experience in designing wireframes and working with design systems, ideally with the Fiori Web Design Guidelines
- Very good knowledge of the relevant design tools, such as Figma
- Experience in designing and facilitating workshops to gather requirements and to develop ideas (e.g. design thinking)
- 3 years proven experience as UI/ UX Designer or equivalent training.
- English: Very good Business English required (excellent communication skills)
- Completed studies in design or equivalent education
- Ideally certification in common requirement engineering frameworks e.g. IREB
- Ideally certification in common agile frameworks e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Design Thinking
