UX-UI Designer

Key Responsibilities and tasks:

• Gathering, documentation, validation, and management of functional and non-functional requirements for the development of digital solutions using common tools like Jira, Confluence and Miro as well as UX techniques
• Translation and further development of functional requirements into user-centred low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, mock-ups and interactive prototypes based on our Jungheinrich Design System and the Fiori Web Design Guidelines
• Conception, facilitation, and follow-up of ux and requirements workshops
• Design and visualization of user flows and user journeys
• Clustering, slicing, and writing requirements into epics, user stories and tasks
• Design of components to expand our design system
• Conduction of user and usability tests

Requirements for success:

• Experience in UX research and common requirements gathering techniques, such as qualitative interviews, quantitative surveys, user tests, market observation of trends, innovations, and new technologies
• Experience in designing wireframes and working with design systems, ideally with the Fiori Web Design Guidelines
• Very good knowledge of the relevant design tools, such as Figma
• Experience in designing and facilitating workshops to gather requirements and to develop ideas (e.g. design thinking)
• 3 years proven experience as UI/ UX Designer or equivalent training.
• English: Very good Business English required (excellent communication skills)
• Completed studies in design or equivalent education
• Ideally certification in common requirement engineering frameworks e.g. IREB
• Ideally certification in common agile frameworks e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Design Thinking
