  • Your main responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and rollout of the new Transfer Pricing model within the Intercompany Pricing (ICP) project, ensuring alignment with global business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Headquarters and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze, document, and implement transfer pricing processes and guidelines.
  • Prepare, review, and validate transfer pricing calculations, allocations, and intercompany pricing mechanisms.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support transfer pricing decisions and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal transfer pricing policies, corporate governance standards, and applicable tax regulations.
  • Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, reports, and management presentations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Power BI and other data analytics solutions.
  • Partner with Controlling, Finance, Tax, and Business teams to ensure accurate implementation of transfer pricing principles across business processes.
  • Participate in transfer pricing projects, audits, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Provide expert support for intercompany transactions, pricing analyses, and related business requests.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing within a Big Four preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Transfer Pricing concepts, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Good knowledge of Controlling and Finance processes within an international business environment.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
  • Experience with Power BI and data analytics tools for reporting, visualization, and business insights.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English language skills; German would be considered an advantage.
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive mindset, willingness to drive improvements, and ownership of assigned topics.
