Your main responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for training participants, representing the Jungheinrich ACADEMY as a professional and reliable organizational contact.
  • Coordinate all organizational and logistical aspects of scheduled training events (venues, materials, accommodation, travel) and communicate them in a timely and transparent manner to participants.
  • Manage changes such as enrollments, cancellations and hotel bookings based on participant needs and attendance requirements.
  • Maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders and external service providers (e.g. hotels) to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Maintain training records, attendance lists and reporting data.
  • Advise employees and managers on available training offers, learning paths, and development opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement of training processes and ensure a positive learning experience for participants.

 

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Fluent English and German - spoken and written;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international team;
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly;
  • Willingness to deal with complex organizational tasks;
  • Good MS Office skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint);
  • LMS basic knowledge desirable.
