Your main responsibilities:

  • Determination of training requirements and annual training planning for the defined specialist area
  • Consultancy for international training experts and supervisors
  • Management of external training services including purchasing and hotel selection
  • Conceptual advice and coordination in relation to the training programme of the respective department
  • Definition and implementation of training processes for the respective department
  • Quality management of training programmes for the specialist area
  • Conception and coordination of training programmes & training content with the relevant departments and trainers
  • Administration of the Jungheinrich CAMPUS
  • Creating, maintaining and analysing training statistics including the derivation of measures, if necessary in coordination with the specialist department
  • Project work and management within the scope of the area of responsibility Interface to the department, e-AUTHOR, Trainer and Training Organisation Expert (possibly + local international Training Manager)
  • Marketing of the training programme for the defined specialist area

Clearing and budget review for the defined department

  • Stakeholder Management 
  • Collaborate with country HR leads, Shared Services, IT, and external vendors. 
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and communication to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption. 
  • Escalate risks, issues, and feedback to the global HR transformation team. 
  • Monitoring & Continuous Improvement 
  • Track implementation progress, KPIs, and user feedback. 
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts. 
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice documentation across countries. 

 

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, HR/HR-development or other relevant subject areas;
  • Professional experience as a clerk/assistant in organizational tasks;
  • Initial experience in qualification/training and event management planning;
  • Fluent English,  German – is considered a plus;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international team;
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly;
  • Willingness to deal with complex organisational Tasks;
  • Good MS Office skills (Word / Excel / Powerpoint) and SAP;
  • LMS basic knowledge;
  • Trainer skills – is considered a plus;
