Your main responsibilities:
- Serve as the in-house central IT Application Service Manager for SaaS services, especially in sustainability-related software solutions.
- Lead the technical and functional realignment of the entire service organization and oversee the transition of new software platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international Sales Units for support processes and service request fulfillment.
- Provide direct communication with customers as the first contact for SaaS services related to sustainability.
- Manage close cooperation with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support teams and external suppliers/partners.
- Collaborate with the operations department to provide guidance, technical direction, and partial administration support.
- Provide technical and professional leadership to all service team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and improve service quality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and inter-divisional collaboration.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- University degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent education.
- Proven experience in servicing cloud solutions and SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of Quentic, oapiens, Salesforce, or similar EHS/ESG software is highly recommended.
- Familiarity with KANBAN methodology, Microsoft 365 Teams, and Confluence is a plus.
- Established network for knowledge exchange in related technology and software domains.
