Your main responsibilities:
- Development and introduction of new standards / processes to optimise the complaints process;
- Conception and realisation of short and medium-term supplier development and ensuring the production supply with OK goods;
- Independent coordination, communication and escalation of complaints;
- Technical support for field actions;
- Carrying out process audits at the supplier and deriving measures for performance developmentModeration of error analyses (8D);
- Management of cross-departmental supplier development project.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree;
- 5 years of relevant professional experience (ideally automotive);
- QM auditor expertise;
- Specialised / methodical knowledge: QM tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma, FMEA;
- Expertise in product group-specific manufacturing processes in the field of electrics/electronics and/or hydraulics and/or plastics;
- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
