Your main responsibilities:

• Establishing intensive and trusting cooperation with all business areas and sales units involved

• Implementation of proactive asset/fleet management with targeted recommendations and measures to optimise the RFM fleet

• Tracking of internationally relevant key figures and their target achievement
• Creation of regular and ad-hoc customer reporting

• Creation of internal analyses and recommendations, e.g. working hours, pricing, costs, ...

• Preparation of external analyses and recommendations
• Development and driving of Data Analytics in line with customer demands and creation of Data Analytics solutions 
• Ensuring the necessary data quality

• Centralised processing of RFM battery repairs

• Optimisation of processes and IT-Infrastructure
• Supervision and support of the central and local RFM teams of the sales units
• Investigation and realisation of potential cost savings for our customers
• Independent and self-responsible processing and realisation of projects

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• University education
• Several years (3-5 years) of specialised professional experience in Data Analytics
• Good knowledge in Data Analytics and visualisation of data
• Very good IT skills (SAP knowledge  SAP BW, Office, Excel)
• Very good project management skills
• Fluently in English
