Your main responsibilities:
- Analysis, assessment, audits and observation of suppliers, development of supplier's strategies on the basis of the group-wide demand analysis and choice of the suppliers incl. contract creation, contract negotiations and end within the drawing right;
- Sound knowledge of the plastic injection molding manufacturing process;
- Sound knowledge of materials (granulates);
- Purchasing of prototype components;
- Knowledge of component calculations, dealing with cost breakdowns;
- Definition and pursuit of measures for the supplier`s development and supplier`s qualification as well as optimization of the supplier`s portfolio on the basis of the supplier`s judgement and supplier`s classification;
- Project management with cross-functional teams;
- Control of the conversion of defined measures;
- Perception of the duties relevant for purchase within the Controlling.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Concluded University study Uni/FH/TU/TH (economic engineering);
- Several years` work experience in Procurement departments with international adjustment;
- Knowledge about the international markets (BCC, LCC, ETC.), suppliers, technologies, production processes and cost structures, and in special Eastern Europe;
- Material knowledge;
- Foreign linguistic knowledge (English and German - nice to have);
- Several years` experience in the global Sourcing;
- Legal knowledge, esp. Civil Code, product liability HCB and law of contract;
- Knowledge of the producing and calculation procedures of the sopping area;
- Sound SAP knowledge (MM, FICO);
- Office MS knowledge.
