Your main responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, controlling and reporting of Group HR projects, and advise project managers on the selection and application of suitable project methodologies.
- Manage Group HR IT projects end to end, from requirements definition through implementation, in close collaboration with HR and IT sub-project managers.
- Establish and further develop a global governance framework for HR process management, and advise HR teams on process design and documentation.
- Own the design, continuous improvement and governance of the Group HR IT landscape by translating business requirements into end-to-end process and technical solutions, while ensuring a harmonized and consolidated system landscape in close coordination with Group IT.
- Analyze, approve and track changes to Group policies, processes and data objects.
- Drive and support the HR-related aspects of Identity and Access Management.
- Oversee the operation of global HR systems, including regular performance reviews, particularly after new system implementations.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and coordinate activities related to process design, IT systems and data management.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- A university degree in economics, computer science or a related subject;
- Excellent knowledge of selecting and configuring scalable HR cloud solutions
- Excellent knowledge of process design (process management) and process documentation (using BPMN)
- Excellent skills in facilitating workshops
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- HR core systems like SAP Successfactors, Workday, Oracle, SAP HCM
- Service Management Software, e.g. USU Valuemation or ServiceNow
- Document Management Software
