Main duties:
- Ensuring efficient, transparent and market-compliant policies, systematics & processes
- Directive authority for the design and uniform application of systematics & processes, such as:
- Job grading, pay bands and management level
- Short- & Long-Term Incentive plans
- Annual compensation review process
- Control tasks resulting from the directive authority:
- Observation of current trends in the area of Compensation & Benefits
- Conception and implementation of new as well as further development of existing systematics & processes (also within the scope of projects and in cooperation with external consultants)
- Mentoring: Support of the operational HR departments worldwide in the implementation and application of globally
Profile Requirement:
- Completed studies (BSc., MSc or higher) and relevant additional training preferred
- relevant business experience of min 5 years or more in HR, preferably in a multinational environment or HR consultancy
- with a focus on compensation topics, such as:
- Grading & benchmarking as well as pay band concepts
- Short- & Long-Term Incentive design
- Compensation review process
- Professional with good network and a profound understanding of service orientation
- High intrinsic focus on quality and detail orientation
- Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
