Main duties:

  • Ensuring efficient, transparent and market-compliant policies, systematics & processes 
  • Directive authority for the design and uniform application of systematics & processes, such as: 
  • Job grading, pay bands and management level 
  • Short- & Long-Term Incentive plans 
  • Annual compensation review process  
  • Control tasks resulting from the directive authority: 
  • Observation of current trends in the area of Compensation & Benefits 
  • Conception and implementation of new as well as further development of existing systematics & processes (also within the scope of projects and in cooperation with external consultants) 
  • Mentoring: Support of the operational HR departments worldwide in the implementation and application of globally 

 

Profile Requirement:

  • Completed studies (BSc., MSc or higher) and relevant additional training preferred 
  • relevant business experience of min 5 years or more in HR, preferably in a multinational environment or HR consultancy 
  • with a focus on compensation topics, such as: 
  • Grading & benchmarking as well as pay band concepts 
  • Short- & Long-Term Incentive design 
  • Compensation review process 
  • Professional with good network and a profound understanding of service orientation 
  • High intrinsic focus on quality and detail orientation 
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
