Your main responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation and continuous development of HR and organizational development processes, tools, and programs in alignment with global HR development frameworks;
- Actively shape leadership, talent, and organizational development initiatives across the region;
- Lead and manage cross-functional HR development projects from concept to implementation, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment;
- Design, facilitate, and deliver workshops, trainings, and development formats;
- Advise senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional stakeholders on HR development and organizational effectiveness topics;
- Support and accompany strategic change and transformation processes, with a strong focus on sustainability and cultural impact;
- Collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment, quality, and scalability of concepts;
- Apply a pragmatic, business-oriented approach that combines conceptual strength with hands-on execution;
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Senior-level experience (5+ years) in HR Development, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partnering, preferably within an international corporate environment of similar size and complexity;
- Proven project management experience, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder HR or transformation projects;
- Strong conceptual and methodological expertise combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset;
- High level of personal credibility, excellent communication skills, and a confident, professional demeanor;
- Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH & Central Europe region;
- Experience with German co-determination practices and collaboration with Works Councils (Betriebsrat) is considered a plus;
- University degree in psychology, business administration, social sciences, or a comparable field; additional qualifications in leadership, coaching, organizational, or transformation development are an advantage;
- German: Advanced level (C1/C2) – written and spoken, with the ability to confidently moderate, facilitate workshops, and communicate with senior stakeholders;
- English: Advanced level (C1/C2) – written and spoken, for effective collaboration in an international environment.
