Your main responsibilities:
- Drive the performance of multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment by enforcing effective Scrum or Kanban practices, enabling cross-team collaboration, and removing impediments; through focused coaching and facilitation, ensure fast, aligned, and continuously improving delivery of business value.
- Guide and coach multiple Scrum teams in applying Agile principles and improving performance
- Facilitate Scrum and scaled Agile events to drive effective collaboration and outcomes • Remove impediments and resolve team and cross-team issues
- Foster self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams
- Promote alignment, transparency, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Manage cross-team dependencies and support coordination in scaled environments
- Identify and address systemic impediments and drive improvement using metrics and feedback
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
- Ability to support multiple Scrum teams and coordinate across teams
- Experience handling cross-team dependencies and organizational impediments
- Experience facilitating Scrum events in complex, multi-team environments
- Experience with agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, predictability)
- Experience in continuous improvement and retrospective facilitation
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
