Your main responsibilities:

• Drive the performance of multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment by enforcing effective Scrum or Kanban practices, enabling cross-team collaboration, and removing impediments; through focused coaching and facilitation, ensure fast, aligned, and continuously improving delivery of business value. 
• Guide and coach multiple Scrum teams in applying Agile principles and improving performance
• Facilitate Scrum and scaled Agile events to drive effective collaboration and outcomes • Remove impediments and resolve team and cross-team issues
• Foster self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams
• Promote alignment, transparency, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Manage cross-team dependencies and support coordination in scaled environments
• Identify and address systemic impediments and drive improvement using metrics and feedback

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
• Ability to support multiple Scrum teams and coordinate across teams
• Experience handling cross-team dependencies and organizational impediments
• Experience facilitating Scrum events in complex, multi-team environments
• Experience with agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, predictability)
• Experience in continuous improvement and retrospective facilitation
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
