Your responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level support, analyze and resolve incidents, and ensure stable SAP SD operations.
  • Analyze business requirements and implement sustainable SAP R/3 solutions covering sales, delivery, billing, pricing, and document flow.
  • Perform SAP SD customizing and support functional enhancements.
  • Support interfaces and integration between SAP SD and SAP FI/CO.
  • Collaborate with international key users and cross-functional teams.
  • Organize user training and coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and test cases.
  • Support defect clarification, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting.

Your profile

  • Several years of SAP SD consulting experience in an SAP R/3 environment.
  • Strong functional knowledge of sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and document flow.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SD customizing and functional solution design.
  • Experience with business process analysis and requirements engineering.
  • Knowledge of SAP SD integration with SAP FI/CO.
  • Integration awareness of SAP MM.
  • Practical experience in second-level support, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in international SAP environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management. 

Nice to have

  • Experience with key-user training and coordination.
  • Experience with international templates and rollouts.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or comparable delivery tools.
  • Experience with test management methodologies. 

Language skills

  • Business-fluent English, minimum B2 level, preferably C1.
  • German is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
