Responsibilities:
• Development of process design and support for the implementation of business requirements and IT solutions in various international projects with reference to SAP R3/S4 Order to Cash processes
• Independent requirements analysis and plausibility check of change requests as well as creation of business concepts, user documentation, training, process descriptions
• Close cooperation with the company process owners and key users from the specialist departments as well as the central SAP IT
• Accompaniment of the test phases of new processes and system changes
• Independent execution of error analyses and initiation of corrective measures
• Support in processing inquiries from our SAP users and targeted training of internal users
• Processing Order to Cash steps in R/3 for business units
Qualifications:
• University education: completed studies, preferably in the field of economics or engineering
• Several years (3-5 years) of subject-specific professional experience
• Alternatively: completed 2-year technical college education + several years (3-5 years) of subject-specific professional experience as well as additional special further training
Professional Competence:
• Experience in dealing with SAP module SD desirable as well as a confident handling of MS Office and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end processes in the industrial environment with a focus on sales processes (OTC)
• Flexibility to quickly familiarize yourself with new issues, an independent way of working and enjoyment of developing innovative and future-oriented solutions together
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and get to the heart of the matter
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills and comprehensive communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of agile working methodology
