Your main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and continuous development of the Accounts Payable automation landscape in SAP;
- Cover end-to-end invoice processing automation, including invoice capture, OCR-based data extraction, e-invoicing, workflow automation, exception handling, master data integration, approval workflows, compliance requirements, and SAP integration;
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Shared Service Centers, IT teams, and external vendors to drive process standardization, automation, and touchless invoice processing initiatives;
- Key responsibilities include incident and change management, release coordination, testing, process optimization, business consulting, rollout support, and ensuring compliance with global e-invoicing and tax regulations;
- Act as the subject matter expert for invoice automation solutions and supports the company's digital transformation strategy.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Level of seniority: 2-5 years;
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes;
- Deep understanding of Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoice processing;
- Experience with invoice lifecycle management and approval workflows;
- Knowledge of e-invoicing, tax compliance, and digital document processing;
- Business process analysis and process optimization capabilities Technical Skills;
- SAP FI and Accounts Payable expertise;
- Experience with SAP ERP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA;
- Integration knowledge between SAP and third-party applications;
- Experience with OCR, document capture, and invoice validation technologies;
- Testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills;
- Experience with XML invoice processing and electronic invoice formats;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent stakeholder management;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work independently in a global environment;
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset;
- Team player with strong collaboration skills;
- Language Skills: English C1;
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Business Informatics/ Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Finance / Accounting or Related field.
