Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:
- Develop and optimize process designs and support the implementation of business requirements and IT solutions within international projects, with a focus on Request to Service processes.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the IFS Service tool.
- Further develop and test systems while taking into account both central standards and local market requirements.
- Independently perform error analyses, identify root causes, and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- Provide independent end-user support for service tools and coordinate requirements and solutions between local markets and Product Management.
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team responsible for global market and product transparency.
- Develop and deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions for internal users worldwide.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and harmonization of global service processes, systems, and user experience.
- Support the alignment of business and technical requirements to ensure sustainable and user-oriented service solutions.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Completed university degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business processes, IT, service management, systems, or a related field.
- Initial practical experience with technical or product-related topics is desirable.
- Experience working in an international or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Good project management skills and experience working in project environments.
- Very good IT skills, ideally including Microsoft Office, Jira, SQL, Java, and Adobe.
- Good written and spoken English skills; German language skills are beneficial.
- Practical knowledge of IFS or comparable service management/ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
- Good understanding of business processes within a manufacturing company.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical process and system solutions.
- Experience in supporting users and coordinating requirements across different business functions and markets.
