Provider Manager for SAP

Responsibilities:

• Steering SAP as a cloud provider (SAP RISE).
• Clarifying requests and changes internally.• Coordinating with SAP regarding services, costs, delivery dates, and internal approvals.
• Commissioning via SAP for ME.
• Coordinating with internal service owners on cost planning.
• Managing goods receipts and invoice verification.
• Reporting costs and requests to internal stakeholders.
• Liaising with Software Asset Management on contract changes and processes.
• Medium- and long-term planning related to contract requirements.
• Continuously improving processes.
• On-Premises Systems:
• Execution and tracking of cancellations of on-prem systems.
• On-the-Job Training:
• Duration: 3–6 months.
• Provided by internal software asset manager from central IT.

Profile Requirements:
• Education Level: University/Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Business Economics, or equivalent.
• Experienced in SAP contract management, SAP license management, SAP provider management, and SAP cloud services (SAP RISE).• Basic knowledge of SAP RISE service catalog and SAP processes with customers.
• Contracts and negotiations conducted in German.

Experience Level:
• Expert (2–5 years)
• Language Skills: German: Advanced; English: Advanced
