Your main responsibilities:

  • Project management of various digitalization projects in the FFI area as part of the transformation to the new SAP S4 Hana with a focus on refinancing solutions, including the development and coordination of the technical and temporal approach with relevant departments.
  • Active project participation and coordination in other projects.
  • Creation of analyses, concepts, presentations, as well as milestone reporting and monitoring of project progress.
  • Assumption of the role of Business Process Lead for complex processes in the Corporate Finance area (e.g., Financial Services business).
  • Further development and new conception of reporting with a focus on refinancing.
  • Planning, conception, and support of migration processes.
  • Documentation, further development, and digitalization of processes in the Corporate Finance area.
  • Key user function in the FFI area for selected IT systems and competence carrier for certain business processes.

 

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Completed university or technical college education with several years of professional experience.
  • Experience in project participation/management or as a project/process manager.
  • Practical experience in refinancing projects in a similar position.
  • High IT affinity (Office, SAP).
  • Willingness to take initiative and work creatively.
  • Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility and high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication and implementation skills as well as pronounced team ability.
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • German language skills would be appreciated.
