Your main responsibilities:

• Create and own Business Cases for New Products spanning the entire product life cycle from the development phase to the end-of-life;

• Align your Business Cases with internal stakeholders such as R&D, Product Management and Sales as well as with other Controlling Teams; 

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis with regards to the product portfolio;

• Derive potentials, and you recommend implementation actions to the top management based on your data driven insights;

• Actively improve our controlling tools, methods and processes.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• A business background and gained experience in controlling, business cases and economic calculations;

• A good understanding of pay-off period, NPV and gross margin;

• An analytical and structured thinking;

• An entrepreneurial mindset;

• A collaborative and solution-oriented manner with the team and with your stakeholders

• MS Excel, Power Point, MS Teams, Analysis for Excel, think cell;

• University Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Industrial Engineering & Business Mgmt. or similar;

• Business fluent in English (German will be a big advantage);
