Your main responsibilities:
- Definition and design of the process mining methodology for JH in coordination with key stakeholders;
- Consolidation of the requirements for a process mining tool;
- Evaluation of the tool market and creation of a recommendation for action;
- Support of an RFI and RFQ;
- Determination of the technology and platform decision;
- Project management for the tool implementation;
- Development of a process mining service for internal customers such as global process owners;
- Further development of the service along the SAP S4Hana rollouts;
- Knowledge transfer within the department;
- Build Process Analysis Dashboards;
- Analyze Processes.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Professional experience in the industrial environment and/or from consulting for corresponding companies;
- Knowledge English(at least B2);
- Good knowledge of SQL and statistics, ideally in Python, as well as in dealing with front-end tools are helpful (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Professional experience in data-supported process analysis and corresponding platforms like Ceolins;
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, data science or comparable degree programs with a relevant focus;
- Experience in the group-wide introduction and further development of process mining structures, methods and systems as well as in project management incl. relevant knowledge of common project and process management methods;
- Experience in professional structuring, moderation and documentation of technical and requirement workshops at all hierarchical levels;
- Ideally experience in process automation and corresponding platforms;
- Independent, analytical and strategically forward-looking way of working paired with solution orientation and a high sense of responsibility and quality standards;
- Strong team player mentality with a convincing appearance combined with Strong communication skills at all hierarchical level;
