Your main responsibilities: Monitor platform health, performance, capacity, usage, risks, incidents, and service metrics Identify operational issues, assess business impact, and coordinate mitigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement Provide second- and third-level support and manage Microsoft support cases and escalations Create, configure, maintain, and govern Power Platform and Dataverse environments Manage access, roles, security settings, Data Loss Prevention policies, licenses, and capacity Support application lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, release governance, and Managed Environments Maintain operational procedures, standards, dashboards, reports, and governance documentation Coordinate dependencies with Identity & Access Management, Security, Microsoft 365, Azure, Network, and Infrastructure teams
Therefore, a successful candidate would have: Several years of experience operating and administering Microsoft enterprise platforms, ideally Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Strong experience in enterprise platform operations, administration, incident management, and second- or third-level support Practical knowledge of Power Platform environments, Dataverse, governance controls, security, licensing, capacity, and operational monitoring Experience with application lifecycle management, deployments, release processes, and enterprise governance requirements Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, REST interfaces, OAuth 2.0, Azure App Registrations, Enterprise Applications, and Service Principals Understanding of identity and access management, authentication, authorization, and cross-platform integrations Experience with operational reporting and analytics, preferably using Power BI Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style Strong ownership, accountability, and focus on service quality Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to collaborate across business, development, security, and infrastructure teams Strong commitment to operational excellence, security, compliance, and customer service Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications; experience with large-scale low-code platforms, global enterprise environments, and AI- or agent-based Microsoft services. |
