Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all initiatives are aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Establish and manage a portfolio Kanban to visualize and control the flow of work.
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve throughput and value delivery.
  • Promote transparency across the portfolio regarding initiative status and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with business owners, architects, and leadership to align priorities.
  • Facilitate regular portfolio syncs and strategic discussions.
  • Ensure decisions are made collaboratively and based on data and business impact.
  • Track key performance indicators and business outcomes to assess portfolio success.
  • Contribute to the creation of lean business cases for strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a culture focused on continuous value delivery and outcome measurement.
  • Support the adoption of agile principles at the portfolio level.
  • Ensure governance and compliance are maintained within agile decision-making frameworks.
  • Coach and empower teams and leaders to work effectively within an agile portfolio context.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
  • Skilled in using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro, Microsoft 365) Additional Certifications (highly beneficial);
  • Experience with: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Power-BI.SAFe®
  • Portfolio Management Certification;
  • Lean Portfolio Management (LPM);PMI-ACP® (Agile Certified Practitioner);
  • The portfolio scope is predominantly IT projects.
