Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:
- Ensure that all initiatives are aligned with overarching business objectives.
- Establish and manage a portfolio Kanban to visualize and control the flow of work.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve throughput and value delivery.
- Promote transparency across the portfolio regarding initiative status and progress.
- Collaborate closely with business owners, architects, and leadership to align priorities.
- Facilitate regular portfolio syncs and strategic discussions.
- Ensure decisions are made collaboratively and based on data and business impact.
- Track key performance indicators and business outcomes to assess portfolio success.
- Contribute to the creation of lean business cases for strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture focused on continuous value delivery and outcome measurement.
- Support the adoption of agile principles at the portfolio level.
- Ensure governance and compliance are maintained within agile decision-making frameworks.
- Coach and empower teams and leaders to work effectively within an agile portfolio context.
Requirements for success:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Skilled in using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro, Microsoft 365) Additional Certifications (highly beneficial);
- Experience with: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Power-BI.
- SAFe® Portfolio Management Certification;
- Lean Portfolio Management (LPM);
- PMI-ACP® (Agile Certified Practitioner);
