Your main responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of multiple portfolios, ensuring structure and transparency  

  • Maintain portfolio overviews (e.g. Kanban) to track initiatives, dependencies, and risks  

  • Prepare and facilitate portfolio meetings and decision forums  

  • Ensure consistent reporting and data-driven decision support  

  • Actively challenge new initiatives, asking the right questions to ensure strategic alignment and value  

  • Support prioritization and identify overlaps, inefficiencies, or misaligned efforts  

  • Contribute to lightweight business cases and initiative framing 

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Skilled in using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro, Microsoft 365) 

Additional Certifications (highly beneficial) 

  • SAFe® Portfolio Management Certification 

  • Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)

    PMI-ACP® (Agile Certified Practitioner)
