Your main responsibilities:

  • Review, validate, and correct truck purchase orders entered by branches in the ERP system.
  • Submit orders to production plants and monitor order fulfillment.
  • Review order confirmations and process any required amendments.
  • Support branches with order creation, submission, and issue resolution.
  • Manage purchase orders for truck modifications, conversions, batteries, chargers, and other accessories.
  • Process domestic and international purchase orders for special-build trucks.
  • Monitor supplier deliveries and process related goods receipts.
  • Manage order cancellations, delivery address changes, and stock reservations.
  • Maintain centralized visibility of truck stock availability.
  • Create truck purchase orders to support the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with branches, suppliers, and production plants to ensure smooth order execution.

 

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Order Administration, Order Management, Sales Support, Procurement Support, or a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with order processing and administrative workflows.
  • Italian – Professional proficiency (mandatory).
  • English – Professional proficiency (mandatory).
