Order Booking Specialist with Dutch

Responsibilities:

• Performs administrative work related to the purchase of trucks and accessories and is responsible for correct and efficient recording and processing of data in the order book;
• Processing orders in SAP;
• Ordering trucks and accessories from the various manufacturers;
• Checking order confirmation from the factories;
• Monitoring the agreed delivery times of AntOn trucks;
• Booking trucks receipt and creation of delivery note in SAP for AntOn trucks;
• Correctly producing invoices for AntOn trucks that are delivered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or operational role (expert level);
• Strong organization and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines;
• Coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders;
• Responsiveness and customer-oriented mindset;
• Proficiency in IT tools (ERP such as SAP, MS Office);
• Clear communication and effective follow-up (multichannel);
• Team spirit and collaboration;
• Professional Dutch proficiency (written and spoken).
