Order Booking Specialist

Your main responsibilities:

• Check order information packs for complete information & accuracy

 • Input data into SAP/CRM

• Process sales orders

• Check Acknowledgements from factories/suppliers for specification and pricing errors

• Invoice and acknowledge Customer Orders

• Create spreadsheets/workbooks

• Liaise With Manufacturing Factories and Suppliers

• Liaise With Transport Partner For Delivery

• Communicate relevant information to other departments

• Deal with queries from internal and external customers

 • General office duties Activities focussed on profishop (ordering/invoicing), Tescos Hand Pellets - individually put on, roughly 40 per months, similar activities to currently employed Order Process, Order confirmations

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• Experience level – 2-5 years
• The ideal candidate will come from a fast-paced office environment and have experience of processing multiple sales orders.
• Experience with SAP and CRM systems would be desirable.
