Operations Manager Hybrid Cloud

Your main responsibilities:

• You are jointly responsible for keeping IT operations running in our hybrid cloud environment.
• To this end, you will work with the teams to ensure that incidents and problems are processed and followed up in a structured manner.
• The result achieved and timely completion are your primary focus in your work.
• You provide structural support for projects and initiatives and act as a sparring partner and friction surface for your colleagues.
• You inspire others with your positive work and open communication style.
• Organization and reporting: Reporting to Head of Department Hybrid Cloud Management and collaborate with Service Owners and Service Managers for the group Cloud Platform (FIT-C-H-PF), Cloud Software (FIT-C-H-SW), Global Network (FIT-C-H-GN) and Cloud Competence Center (FIT-C-H-CC)

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• Proven experience in the environment of a global corporate IT landscape with a hybrid cloud platform approach
• Very good understanding of both on-premise based application landscapes and public cloud
• Hands-on experience in IT operations 
• Ability to recognize and design the necessary processes, lead troubleshooting and problem management 
• On-premises hypervisors with a focus on leading solutions
• Commonly used public cloud platforms
• Operating systems, databases and common identity providers typically used in enterprise environments
• Backup & Restore
• Infrastructure Automation
• Network and Network Security
• English: Full Proficiency C1
