Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordination and sustainable resolution of problems in the Digital Workplace environment
  • Cross-departmental orchestration of processes and resources for effective problem-solving
  • Detailed technical understanding for analyzing and resolving complex IT problems
  • Collaboration with various teams to restore seamless service delivery
  • Monitoring and improving service quality through continuous analysis and optimization of processes and systems
  • Documentation and reporting on problem resolutions and improvement measures
  • Support in 2nd & 3rd-level support for incidents and service requests in the Digital Workplace environment

 

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Completed studies in computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in the Digital Workplace area
  • Profound knowledge of ITIL frameworks and their practical application
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to document precisely and thoroughly
  • Languages: English (good communication)
