Responsibilities:

  • Support Process Owners and Process Managers in executing, maintaining, and improving IT service processes
  • Provide guidance, documentation, and operational coordination to enable process roles
  • Develop and maintain process models using ADONIS/BPMN
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and governance compliance of process documentation
  • Take ownership of selected processes as Process Manager, including:
    • Monitoring and performance tracking
    • Maintenance and updates
    • Continuous process improvement
  • Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and ensure adherence to defined standards
  • Apply and promote process management frameworks such as ITIL
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing through training sessions and onboarding support 

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in process management
  • Experience in implementing processes beyond modelling (end-to-end lifecycle)
  • Strong ability to design and scale pragmatic process frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with ADONIS (process modelling and documentation)
  • Solid understanding of process management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Experience in creating and maintaining structured process documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and reliable manner
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in delivering training or onboarding sessions

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of IT Asset & Configuration Management (CMDB, lifecycle, dependencies)
  • Experience in Test Management (test planning, coordination, UAT support)
  • Familiarity with USU Valuemation
