Operational Process Specialist

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Supports Process Owners and Process Managers in executing and improving defined IT service processes.
•  Enables the roles by providing guidance, documentation support, and operational coordination.
• Experience with process‑management frameworks such as ITIL
• Assists in creating ADINS/BPMN process models and ensures consistent process documentation.
• Takes over the Process Manager role for selected processes, including monitoring, maintenance, and continuous process improvement.
• Facilitates alignment between stakeholders and ensures that processes follow agreed standards and governance.

Therefore, a Successful Candidate Would Have:

• Proven experience in process management, ideally including the implementation of processes beyond pure modelling.
• Strong ability to build, structure, and further develop pragmatic and scalable process frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ADONIS, including modelling and maintaining process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in sharing knowledge, including delivering training or onboarding sessions for colleagues.
• Structured and reliable working style with the ability to handle parallel tasks.

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of IT Asset & Configuration Management (e.g., lifecycle management, inventory structures, CMDB dependencies).
• Experience in Test Management (e.g., test planning, test coordination, UAT support).
• Experiences to create and maintain processes in ADONIS
• ADONIS
• USU Valuemation is desirable
