Responsibilities:

Create and maintain commercial offers (quotations) in SAP
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all offers
Apply pricing rules, commercial guidelines, and internal procedures
Update and adjust quotations based on business inputs
Ensure timely delivery of offers in line with defined deadlines
Manage multiple offer requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution
Follow up on ongoing offers and ensure proper status tracking
Manage exceptions and escalate issues when required

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in sales support, quotation management, or similar operational roles;
Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems (quotation/order management);
Strong understanding of commercial processes and pricing principles;
High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or missing information;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel;
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Customer-oriented mindset;
Clear and structured communication skills;
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders;
Professional communication skills in English and French (written and spoken);
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel).
