Responsibilities:


• Configure and optimize planning parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead times, and lot sizes) within ERP system SAP R/3 and S4.
• Material Availability: Oversee the material portfolio to prevent shortages and ensure a continuous, smooth supply chain.
• Order Processing: Review exception messages, generate purchase requisitions, and release manufacturing or purchase orders based on system demand.
• Inventory Optimization: Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking (tying up capital) and stockouts (halting production).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production Planning, Quality Control, and Logistics to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
• Customer Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing real-time visibility into production timelines, shipment updates, and delivery schedules.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively notify customers of potential delays, offer alternative solutions, and resolve delivery or billing discrepancies with empathy and efficiency.

 

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Business-fluent English skills (C1 level) in spoken and written form; German skills at least B2 level are an advantage.
• Advanced ERP & MRP Proficiency (Technical).
• Client-Facing Communication & Conflict Resolution (Soft Skill).
• Supply Chain Analytics & Problem Solving (Analytical).
• Cross-Border Collaboration (Germany & Romania).
• A "Transparency-First" Mindset.
