Main duties: 

 
  • Keep track of SAP command entries and exits. 

  • Place orders for spare parts at suppliers and manufacturers for specific spare parts and ensure that they will be delivered according to the agreed conditions. 

  • Check stocks and identifies the need for existing parts before placing the order in SAP. 

  • Periodically report the situation of estimated quantities, order status, weekly arrears (if any).  

  • Proposes the immediate launch / blocking of parts orders, when he finds large variations in consumption. 

  • Analyze the information received from the system (regarding the type of the material - stock part or non-stock part) and takes necessary actions for set-up -monthly change activity. Due to this a lot of purchase requests are generated are transformed into purchase orders.  

  • Registers correct and real data and information into the operating system  

  • Registers all the information works within the database management system.  

  • Collects, updates, stores, and protects suppliers' reference data, respecting the rules of personal data processing. 

 

Requirements:  

  • Previous experience in material planning – would be a plus. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge. 

  • Knowledge of SAP  - would be a plus; 

  • Advanced knowledge of English; 

  • Good comunication skills; 

  • Previous experience in international environment.
