Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the reliable day-to-day operation and administration of marketing and CX platforms (e.g., Marketo, OneTrust, Qualtrics)
  • Manage user lifecycle processes, including account provisioning, access rights, and role-based permissions in accordance with governance policies
  • Execute and oversee data and list uploads across marketing automation and survey platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Perform data validation activities in Qualtrics, including quality assurance and consistency checks
  • Extract, analyze, and provide data sets to support reporting, operational monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain recurring operational reports, including system usage metrics, data quality indicators, and error tracking
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve system-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal user support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and incidents
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, user guidelines, and knowledge base materials

 

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, customer experience (CX) operations, or system administration within a marketing technology environment;
  • Experience with additional platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Medallia;
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality, validation, and governance;
  • Experience in generating operational reports and performing data analysis to support business decisions;
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues in a structured and efficient manner;
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach to stakeholder engagement;
  • Basic proficiency in data querying (e.g., SQL) and reporting tools;;
  • Familiarity with data privacy, consent management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
