Your main responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve incoming customer requests through the JH Digital Assistant (Chatbot) promptly and professionally.
- Support customers across multiple global Sales Units, leveraging real-time translation features for effective communication.
- Navigate and utilize internal systems such as SAP ERP, C4C, Parts Online, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Teams to find and deliver accurate solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of communication, demonstrating active listening, empathy, and clear written responses.
- Ensure quick and efficient handling of each case while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or follow-up is required.
- Continuously seek to improve chatbot processes and suggest optimizations to improve customer satisfaction.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role, preferably in a digital environment.
- Proficient in using enterprise systems like SAP ERP, C4C, or similar CRM/ERP tools.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Outlook and MS Teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience working with AI-driven chatbot platforms.
- Knowledge of digital support channels and automation tools.
- Exposure to international customer bases and global support environments.
