Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and creation of digital learning media content for our Learning Management System (Jungheinrich CAMPUS);
• Technical Troubleshooting: Testing and ensuring functionality, usability, and accessibility of digital course;
• Second level support for Jungheinrich CAMPUS, backend support and assistance;
• Implementation of online training courses, proofreading, editing of modules, creation of training materials, usability, quality assurance, monitoring and reporting, development of workflows and processes, project work;
• LMS Management: Uploading, organizing, and managing courses within a Learning Management System (LMS);
• Organization and coordination of training;
• Guidance for Jungheinrich trainers on digital learning, responsible for managing the international network of digital learning multipliers at Jungheinrich;
• Providing guidance and certification for training roles related to self-learning;
• Support with the digital production, testing, and implementation of digital learning media (e.g., translations) for internal customers of the Training Center as well as for operational organizational units;
• Support for internal users, customers & partners;
• Organization and coordination of training sessions to qualify CS & EM users of the JH CAMPUS;
• Creation of articles & documentation, presentations and reports.

Requirements:

• Advanced foreign language skills: English;
• Completed commercial training or training in media design;
• Several years of experience in organizational or media‑design related tasks;
• Know how to work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint;
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, like Articulate Rise 360, including responsive course creation, interactive content, knowledge checks;
• Basic knowledge in the area of Learning Management Systems;
• Ability to produce and optimize graphics, screen recordings, audio, video, and other multimedia assets for digital learning;
• Basic knowledge of digital media technology, particularly image and video editing.
