Your main responsibilities:

  • Creating and enforcing data leakage prevention policies and procedures
  • monitoring data movement and activity to identify and prevent potential data leaks
  • Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analysis to identify and remediate security gaps
  • Responding to security incidents and conducting investigations to identify root causes and prevent future incidents
  • Working closely with IT, Legal, HR and other stakeholders to develop and implement a holistic security strategy
  • Training employees on DLP policies and best practices to promote a high level of security awareness within the organization
  • Ensuring compliance with security standards and legal regulations

 

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • 5 years proven experience in a comparable role
  • Strong technical expertise in cyber security
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
  • Knowledge of data classification, encryption techniques and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of information security standards, compliance and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Experience utilising DLP tools such as Microsoft Purview, Proofpoint, Zscaler.
  • Project management standards and IT-frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
  • English: Very good Business English required. At least B2 level
  • Technical training (university of applied sciences, university, or technical university)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
