ITSM Developer

Responsabilities:

• Development and adaptation of ITSM and ESM processe 
• Creation and maintenance of workflows/scripts, automations (e.g. BPMN processes) and business rules 
• Development of interfaces and integrations with third-party systems 
• Analysis and optimization of existing data models and database structures
• Support with release and deployment processes 
• Error analysis and troubleshooting at application and database level 
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Participation in projects to further develop the service management landscape
• Support with the administration and configuration of the ITSM platform 

Requirements:

• Very good programming skills in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Jython, JavaScript, Java, or C#)
• Several years of experience in the development/customization of ITSM/ESM systems (or similar systems) 
• Good knowledge of relational databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
• Experience with modeling processes using BPMN v2
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data analysis
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, or other integration technologies 
• Basic knowledge of key ITIL practices based on IT Service Management V4 (ITIL v4)
