IT Service Manager - HR Projects

Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for: 

• Responsibility for the operation and further development of defined HR-IT services (e.g., NON-SAP applications, SAP HCM)
• Ensuring service quality and compliance with SLAs
• Supporting the rollout of new services (e.g., DocuSign (signature tool), Document Creation, Survey Tool)
• Participating in the migration from on-premise to cloud solutions
• Handling incidents, service, and change requests
• Taking on the IT project management role and jointly managing with the functional project manager
• Managing internal project participants
• Creating and maintaining project plans, status reports (Valuemation), service design packages, and decision templates

Requirements for success:

• Several years of experience in service management, ideally in the HR environment
• Project management experience required
• Experience with cloud projects desirable
• Ideally, knowledge of German
• Experience in working with international teams
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
