Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead (sub-)project teams from IT, business units, and external service providers.
  • Ensure focused progress on topics while keeping overarching goals, priorities, and cost-benefit aspects in view.
  • Apply agile and traditional methods, tools, and principles across all project phases up to handover to service.
  • Your input and commitment help the team continuously improve its working methods.
  • Identify and resolve dependencies, conflicts, risks, and obstacles early, and actively drive necessary decisions.
  • Shape interfaces and communication with other teams, departments, and stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
  • Collaborate with fellow project managers beyond team boundaries to optimize cooperation and ensure structured information and knowledge exchange.

 

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in business or technical studies, e.g., Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, etc., ideally with a focus on logistics. Alternatively: completed vocational training and relevant professional experience.
  • Solid project management experience in both agile and traditional environments.
  • Experience in product management is desirable.
  • You demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and initiative, an independent working style, and a willingness to actively shape change.
  • Your strong communication skills and empathetic demeanor enable you to reconcile different interests and needs and achieve goals even in challenging situations.
