Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

  • Job Requisition Creation and Sourcing: HRS TA initiates job requisitions, collaborates with additional recruiters for manual postings, and may conduct sourcing activities when needed 
  • Candidate Management: Tasks include pre-screening, rejecting unsuitable candidates, and managing the applicant pipeline. Rejected candidates receive system-generated notifications 
  • Offer and Contract Management: Once a candidate is selected, HRS TA prepares and sends the offer.
  • Onboarding Support: HRS TA supports pre- and post-day one onboarding administratively, while Field HR handles first-day activities and probation management 
  • Employee Data Management and Employee Relations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system. Process employee data changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers Handle basic employee relations matters and contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication and support.

 

Requirements for success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Advanced Spanish & English;
  • Prior experience in Talent Aquisition or a shared service center is preferred;
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
