Your main responsibilities:

• Proactive support of the VP HR DACH & Central Europe in all terms of HR related activities incl. managing regional priorities, calendar and follow-ups • Preparation of high-quality senior management and board presentations (story lining, structuring, visualization) • Interface and coordination with Regional HR Heads, Global HRBPs, Corporate HR functions and business stakeholders across DACH & Central Europe • Consolidation, preparation and visualization of HR KPIs, dashboards, HR controlling data and decision documents (HR Analytics) • Conducting research and analysis as well as HR concept preparation • Preparation of briefings and communication materials • Coordination and tracking of various HR initiatives, HR projects and transformation topics including project management for selected projects • Preparation and follow-up of HR leadership meetings, conferences and workshops incl. documentation of decisions and action tracking • End-to-end coordination of business travels (flights, hotels, vehicle selection) and responsibility for travel expense handling • Administrative support for CHR R1 HR team |
Requierements for sucess:
• At least 3 years’ business experience in HR or comparable subjects
• Knowledge of HR processes, HR analytics and HR disciplines
• Ability to research and illustrate information on various HR topics
• Proficiency in Office applications, as well as other HR-specific software
• Competence in working with databases and data entry
• Diplomatic skills in dealing with difficult situations
