As a HR Project Manager you will manage the implementation of the global HR Target Operating Model across multiple regions.This role involves:

  •  Supporting the global project team through all phases, facilitating the roll-out of HR standards, and coordinating communication, change management, training, and content management initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation of the global HR Target Operating Model: Provide support to the global project team throughout all project phases, including preparation, implementation, and hyper care, across multiple regions worldwide.
  • Facilitate the roll-out of global HR standards and concepts: Collaborate in preparing and adapting HR content for future rollout countries, such as Service Catalog, Role Profiles, End-to-End Processes, and Work Instructions for HR Services. Assist in organizing project-related workshops.
  • Communication & Change Management: Contribute to the creation of communication materials and coordination of change initiatives.
  • Training & Enablement: Contribute to the development of training materials and coordination of enablement initiatives. Assist in planning and coordinating Operational Readiness Tests.
  • HR Content & Document Management: Plan and coordinate data collection for HR Services and self-service tools. Conduct analysis for content harmonization and provide support for HR Digital Frontend and document storage.

Requirements for success: 

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR project support or coordination roles is preferred.

  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Knowledge of service management software, document management software or SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
