Main duties:

  • Support project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, dependencies and tracking
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and open actions across workstreams, proactively highlighting delays and escalation needs.
  • Support the preparation and execution of testing activities, including test tracking, documentation, issue follow-ups.
  • Contribute to status reporting and the preparation of clear project materials, presentations, and decision-ready updates.
  • Support operational project activities (e.g. documentation, data preparation, follow-ups) and independently facilitate assigned workshops and working sessions.
  • Ensure transparency on progress and follow up on missing inputs, decisions, and ownership across stakeholders.
  • Close collaboration with project and program leads, HR, and other stakeholders across countries.

 

Requirements

  • Completed studies (BSc., MSc or higher) and relevant additional training preferredrelevant business experience of min 5  years in HR, project coordination, HR transformation, preferably in a multinational environment or HR consultancy
  •  Professional with good network and a profound understanding of service orientation
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and cross-functional dependencies between HR, business, and IT
  •  Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and independently facilitate project workshops and discussions. High intrinsic focus on quality and detail orientation
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
  • Good knowledge of English - any other language will be an advantage.
