Your main responsibilities:
HR Transformation Deployment
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR transformation in assigned countries.
- Ensure alignment of local implementation with global HR process design and strategy.
- Coordinate with local HR teams to assess readiness, manage change, and support deployment activities.
- Process Expertise & Localization
- Provide subject matter expertise on global end-to-end HR processes (e.g., hire-to-retire, talent management), as defined in our HR Service catalog.
- Identify local legal or operational requirements and ensure compliant localization of global processes.
- Support gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge global standards with local needs.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with country HR leads, Shared Services, IT, and external vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and communication to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Escalate risks, issues, and feedback to the global HR transformation team.
- Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Track implementation progress, KPIs, and user feedback.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice documentation across countries.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 5+ years in HR operations, process improvement, or transformation roles, preferably in a multinational environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and intercultural collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
