The HR Process Expert – Country Responsible plays a key role in driving the successful implementation of global HR transformation initiatives at the country level. Acting as a bridge between the central HR transformation team and local HR, this role ensures that global processes, systems, and standards are effectively deployed, adapted, and sustained in assigned countries
HR Transformation Deployment
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR transformation in assigned countries.
- Ensure alignment of local implementation with global HR process design and strategy.
- Coordinate with local HR teams to assess readiness, manage change, and support deployment activities.
Process Expertise & Localization
- Provide subject matter expertise on global end-to-end HR processes (e.g., hire-to-retire, payroll, talent management), as defined in our HR Service catalog.
- Identify local legal, cultural, or operational requirements and ensure compliant localization of global processes.
- Support gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge global standards with local needs.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with country HR leads, Shared Services, IT, and external vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and communication to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Escalate risks, issues, and feedback to the global transformation team.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Track implementation progress, KPIs, and user feedback.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice documentation across countries.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in HR operations, process improvement, or transformation roles, preferably in a multinational environment.

- Project management and change management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
